Chair and ottoman was worn.

The bed was very comfortable. It had the microwave, fridge and coffee supplies. Desk and chair with ottoman. It was nice

The staff, the cleanliness, location.

We were greeted by a very nice employee who was very accommodating and fast. She made a very good impression which is always great for the hotel and for the reservations you had made on our behalf.
